What I received is not what is shown in the photo. It has 4 wheels with casters on the front. There are locks on the casters in the front and no orange do-hinkey as shown. Nice heavy duty 360 casters though. The back wheels have no orange do-hinkeys either. Screw down locks that work great though. Inside dimensions of 31 inches by 16 inches for the base. Good heavy steel and looks like it would support a car if you had 4 of them. Overall a good mobile base but just not what is in the photo.
