I have four of these HTC Mobile Bases. They work very well and are easy to roll around if needed. I have only one minor complaint. The cam on the levers to raise one end up or down is slightly awkward since it has to be rotated 180°, but not enough to subtract any points. I almost never have a need to move anything I have sitting in one of these mobile bases, so I still rate it at 5 stars.
I had 4 others that were easy to raise up and down, but the lever stuck out so far, it would jab me in the ankle causing considerable pain. I grew to hate these damned things. I gave them away to someone on a budget.
I've not come close to the price oft these HTCs from Amazon, considering shipping is free.
